COOKING CLASS

Introducing a unique hands-on kitchen experience that exposes guests to centuries-old tradition in Indonesian gastronomy, speficially Javanese cuisine, embracing authentic, indigenous cooking techniques and ingredients. Glimpse into the beautiful simplicity and exotic richness of Indonesian cooking and dining culture.

The half-day cooking class starts with a becak (cycle rickshaw) trip to the local market for fresh ingredients, and cooking in a kitchen designed to resemble an Indonesian streetside food stall from centuries ago.

GAMELAN CLASS

Experience the splendour of Javanese traditional instrument presented by esteemed gamelan musicians. The Hindu temples at Penataran are the largest intact Majapahit temples, and the finest examples of East Javanese architecture and sculpture. The temples were inherited from the Majapahit kingdom’s golden period, during the governance of King Hayam Wuruk, and are located on the lower slopes of Mount Kelud, around twenty kilometers north of Blitar. COFFEE PLANTATION DAY TRIP

Offers the luxurious experience of the trip to Kawisari ( about 800 m above the sea level) and Sengon ( about 400 m above the sea level) coffee plantation which is located in Wlingi- Blitar, East Java. You will see the beautiful view along the way to the both plantations. These plantations are surrounded by two mountains, Kelud and Kawi mountain.It is plant a type of best quality of coffee and produced with a secret receipt from Dutch era.
