Yoga, as a concept first emerged in the mid eighteenth century to describe a way of living that encompassed positive practices of Indonesian wellness and health.
In the East these practices have been a part of daily life since centuries-ago, combined with the spiritual & Indonesian Wellness practices.
At Tugu Hotels we combine these elements to bring a sense of magic, mysticism and marvel to our Retreats & Indonesian Wellness and allow our guests to enter a time of great wonder, a time where legends were made and man and his gods conversed daily.

ANCIENT DJAMOE TRADITIONS
Djamoe is a mixture of traditional herbs and spices, which are used for healing. Known as one of the best drinks in Indonesian Wellness journey, this herbal elixir is commonly made of leaves, roots, flowers, spices, and barks of significant trees; since hundreds of years through generations, where overall health and rejuvenation have evolved since then.
In traditional Indonesian families, djamoe that originated
